Coordinate all activities, client development, training, scheduling, project administration, field duties, downloading traffic data files and report preparation and assure the technical quality and on-time delivery of the work products. Some of the projects I worked on are as follows:

Traffic Data Collection – Manual Turning Movement Count, Automatic Traffic Recorder, Parking Study, Trip Generation, Queue, Traffic Delay, and others.

Fort Lauderdale by the Sea, FL

Vehicle/Pedestrian conflict. Collect and video intersection of A1A and Commercial Blvd. for two days (weekday and weekend), for illegal pedestrian crossing, vehicles over run stop bar and near collision between vehicles/pedestrian.

Orange Brook Elementary School, Broward, FL

Performed queue study at the school during the AM and mid-afternoon.

Cove Shopping Center, Deerfield Beach, Fl.

Performed parking accumulation study and determined number of illegal vehicles park in the site and have other destination such as the beach.

Midway Road and I-95, Port Saint Lucie, Fl.

Performed manual count at Midway Road and ON and OFF ramps during the AM and PM. Set up automatic traffic recorders east and west if I-95 on Midway Rd., and a third counter Glades Cut-Off Rd.

Kennel Parking Study in Palm Beach, Daytona Beach and Jacksonville, FL.

Performed a week parking study at the three facilities by setting up ATR’s at all of the driveways to the facility.

S17th St and Okeechobee Rd., Fort Pierce, FL

Performed manual traffic count between 7-9AM and 4-6PM.

Key West, FL.

Collected ADT bi-directional traffic volume and speed data at 13 locations on three different month of the year and collected turning movement data at 24 major intersections including a) Tour Trains, b) General Tour Vehicles (trolleys, Ghost Tour, etc), c) Delivery Trucks/Buses (City Buses and large passenger Buses), d) Bikes, e) Pedi-cabs (Three-wheeled bikes), f) Mopeds and Scooters, g) Electric Cars/Golf Carts, and h) Passenger Cars/Trucks.
